• 1 Eligibility

  To register and use 22bat, you must meet all of the following requirements at registration and on an ongoing basis while your account remains active:

  • You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict minimum with no exceptions regardless of jurisdiction or parental consent.
  • You must be acting on your own behalf as an individual, not as an agent or representative of another party.
  • You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close associate of 22bat or any affiliated company, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• 2 Account Registration

  Each player may open and maintain exactly one account on 22bat. The following rules apply to all registrations without exception:

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number. False information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
  • Only one account per person, per device, and per household is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any pending withdrawals cancelled.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity conducted under your credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. Contact support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
  • 22bat may request KYC documentation at any time — at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when suspicious activity is detected. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time may result in account suspension.
• 3 Deposits and Withdrawals

  All transactions on 22bat are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Supported payment methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

  • Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for a deposit on the account, in the same currency. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and is applied consistently.
  • Any active wagering requirement attached to a bonus must be fully met before the associated funds or derived winnings can be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw before meeting rollover conditions will result in cancellation of the bonus portion.
  • 22bat reserves the right to carry out enhanced verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Processing times are typically prompt but may extend during periods of high demand or where additional checks are required.
• 4 Bonuses and Promotions

  22bat offers bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, cashback offers, and other incentives to eligible players. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms displayed alongside the offer:

  • Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per eligible player unless otherwise stated. Attempting to claim the same offer multiple times using different accounts is a prohibited activity subject to account closure.
  • Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms. Standard wagering requirements range from 10x to 30x the bonus amount unless otherwise specified.
  • Bonuses may be cancelled at any time if 22bat determines they were obtained through fraudulent means, abuse of promotions, or any activity that breaches these Terms.
  • 22bat reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited and actively being played through under their original terms.
• 5 Prohibited Activities

  The following activities are strictly prohibited on 22bat and will result in immediate account suspension and possible forfeiture of all funds held in the account:

  • Using automated bots, scripts, or any mechanical means to place bets, claim bonuses, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
  • Collusion with other players, match-fixing, or any coordinated manipulation of game or sporting event outcomes.
  • Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or any other criminal activity under applicable law.
  • Opening multiple accounts or allowing third parties to use your account to claim multiple instances of the same promotion or circumvent deposit or bet limits.
  • Exploiting technical errors, software glitches, or pricing errors to obtain an unfair advantage. Winnings obtained through exploitation of a known error are not valid and will be reversed.
• 6 Account Suspension and Termination

  22bat reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

  • Breach of any provision of these Terms, including eligibility requirements, account registration rules, or the prohibited activities listed above.
  • Failure to complete requested KYC verification within the required timeframe, or provision of documentation that cannot be verified as authentic.
  • A request by the player to self-exclude, or a determination by 22bat that the player is showing signs of problem gambling and would benefit from a period of restriction for their own protection.
• 7 Responsible Gaming

  22bat is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire platform. The following tools are available to all registered players and may be applied at any time by contacting support or through account settings:

  • Deposit limits: Players may set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit cap. Once set, a limit cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of at least 24 hours to prevent impulsive decisions.
  • Time-out: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a defined period from 24 hours to 6 weeks. During a time-out, login access is disabled and no marketing communications will be sent.
  • Self-exclusion: Players who feel gambling is negatively affecting their wellbeing may request indefinite self-exclusion. The account will be closed, all marketing will cease, and re-registration attempts will be blocked for the duration of the exclusion.
• 8 Intellectual Property

  All content on the 22bat platform — including website design, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 22bat or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written consent from 22bat.

• 9 Limitation of Liability

  To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 22bat, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or system failure, even if 22bat has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

  22bat makes no warranty that the platform will be available uninterrupted or error-free. Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems operated by the respective game studios; 22bat does not control individual game results and accepts no liability in respect of them beyond what is required by applicable law.

• 10 Privacy and Data

  22bat collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using the platform you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 22bat uses SSL encryption and industry-standard security protocols to protect all personal and financial data transmitted through the platform. • 11 Amendments to These Terms

  22bat may amend these Terms at any time by posting the updated version at 22bat.ws/terms-conditions. The revised Terms take effect immediately upon posting unless a later effective date is specified. If you continue to use the platform after the effective date of any amendment, you are deemed to have accepted the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, your sole remedy is to close your account and cease using the platform.

• 12 Governing Law and Disputes

  These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
